Raúl is an example for everybody. He has been playing in Real Madrid for years, the best team in the world. It doesn't matter the coach or the world stars that Real sigs, Raul always plays. He always gives 110% on every match. Top scorer on the history of the Spanish National Team and one of the best in the history of Real Madrid and the Spanish Liga. To give the Golden Ball to Michael Owen instead of him was one the most unfair decision I've ever seen.
Raul is a Legend. Not only in Real Madrid. Raul is a World Legend. And he deserves the Price.

raul es el mejor jugador español de todos los tiempos, ademas de ser el idolo y referente principal del real madrid, no entiendo las discuciones y las criticas sin base q algunas personas ignorantes y sin cultura hacen contra raul, pero el siempre esta ahi, ya quisieran muuchos tener el palmares q tiene raul deberian darle todos los premios porq no hay nadie cmo el y si me equivoco q alguien me diga quien tiene ese coraje, ese espiritu de lucha, esa entrega y ese amor tan grande por su equipo...

Raul es el mejor jugador que ha habido en España, independientemente que se sea del Real Madrid o no. Ha sido y es un ejemplo de entrega, de deportividad y de calidad para los jovenes y para los no tan jovenes. En cualquier otro pais tendria un monumento pero ha tenido la desgracia de nacer en España, un pais en el que no aceptamos la grandeza de gente asi por mucho tiempo. Los ensalzamos y luego los derribamos o al menos lo intentamos porque a raul se le intenta jubilar desde hace años y ahi esta jugando al maximo nivel, ya nos gustaria tener mas jugadores de su valía.
Raul is the best football player ever in Spain, if you are fan of Real Madrid or not. Ha has been and is an example of courage, fair play and quality for young people and not so old. Each other country would make a monument on his honour but he had the bad luck to be Spanish, a country that don`t accept this quality a lot of time. We create a God a then we kill him, at least with Raul we try althoug we can`t because Raul is still figthing in the green at the highest level, we would like to get more players like him. Sorry but my english and thanks to Raul by his football.

Raul Gonzalez is the best player in the history of Real Madrid through his contribution to the club's reputation. He is a kind of player who knows his role and responsibilities in the team. Raul deserves to win the Golden Foot He is a captain that helps and encourages his team-mates to work hard and together. Even though he is not as good as other players when it comes to dribbling, but he knows how to control the game in the pitch. His understanding the event in the game and being on the right position on the right time shows his being an experienced player. I have been watching football for seven years but have not seen any player like him.
I really want him to win the Golden Foot this year.

Raul es un ejemplo a seguir tanto dentro como fuera de la cancha. Es el hombre record de españa y nunca ha recibido una tarjeta roja en su historia, eso dice mucho. Definitivamente deberia ganar el golden foot 2009.. Arriba Raul.
